Nextera is Moving to a New HQ

General Information

Sometimes your 50th anniversary just happens to align with the opening of your brand-new headquarters.

Over the past year, we’ve been designing and building a 114,000-square-foot warehouse and office facility that will not only mark 50 years in the food packaging industry for Nextera but set the tempo for the next 50 as we continue investing in our purpose: connecting food to people through beautiful, safe, and sustainable packaging.

As we prepare for this exciting move, we want to share a few important updates with you to ensure a smooth transition.

Our New Address (Effective April 13, 2026)

Nextera
5200 Centerville Rd.
Saint Paul, MN 55127

Note: Don’t be alarmed if the city associated with the address appears as North Oaks or White Bear Township.

This facility is located a few miles up the road from Nextera's current headquarters. Please update your records accordingly.

Temporary Facility Closures
To complete the move while keeping minimal disruption to our operations, our current 980 Berwood Ave. E facility will be closed on:

• Friday, April 3 (Good Friday)
• Friday, April 10

Nextera WILL continue to stay operational and service customers throughout the move process.

For Customers

Will Call Pickup
Will Call services will be temporarily unavailable from April 4–10 as we transition our inventory to our new location. Will Call will reopen at 5200 Centerville on Monday, April 13.

Inbound Purchase Orders
Inbound shipments should begin delivering to the new facility at 5200 Centerville starting Monday, April 6.

Outbound Shipments
Outbound shipments will begin leaving the new facility at 5200 Centerville on Monday, April 13.
